How it works

A simple three-step process. 1) You supply: furniture, furnishings and flat-pack packs delivered to site. 2) We set up: we build, install, style and finish every room. 3) You let: the property is rent-ready and photo-ready, so all you do is send in the cleaner and the photographer.

You supply all the furniture and furnishings; we bring the labour, the tools and the finishing touches. Clean-down and rubbish disposal are included as standard, and furniture collection and storage between tenancies can be arranged on request. We cover Norfolk and Suffolk and regularly run HMO routes across Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Ipswich and the surrounding towns, so whether it's one new unit or a full portfolio turned around between tenancies, every room is finished to the same standard.
