I've been let down by an installer before. How do I know you'll turn up?

We hear this a lot, and it's exactly why people switch to us. We're a local Norfolk and Suffolk business, not a faceless app: we confirm your booking, remind you the day before, and message you when we're on our way, so you're never left waiting in and wondering. What areas do you cover?

We're based in Norwich and cover the whole of Norfolk, plus most of Suffolk. If you're within about an hour of Norwich there's a very good chance we can reach you, and if you're not sure, just ask. There's a full list of towns further down this page.

Do you charge a call-out or travel fee?

Norwich and most of Norfolk are covered with no call-out fee at all. For jobs further out, deep into Suffolk or up on the Norfolk coast, there may be a small travel charge, but we'll always agree it with you up front. Nothing gets added on the day.

How much does flat-pack furniture assembly cost in Norwich?

We work to clear, fixed per-item prices rather than an hourly rate, so you know exactly what a job costs before we start. A standard bed frame is £85, most large single items like wardrobes, units and sofas are £135, a bedside or small drawer unit is £49, and a table with four chairs is £120. Small one-item jobs start at £45, and there's no call-out fee in Norwich or most of Norfolk. The full list is on our Pricing page.

How much does it cost to build an IKEA PAX or sliding wardrobe?

PAX and sliding-door wardrobe systems are priced separately because they're a much bigger build. A single PAX unit starts around £150, and a larger multi-unit run costs more. Send us a photo with the width and number of doors and we'll confirm a fixed price before we book you in.

How much does gym equipment installation cost?

We install home and commercial gym kit across Norfolk and Suffolk. Exercise bikes and rowers start from £130, treadmills and cross-trainers from £150, single-station multi-gyms from £230, and full home gym setups from £380. Everything is assembled, levelled, bolted down where needed and safe to use.

What can you assemble?

Pretty much anything flat-pack: beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, dining sets, desks, bookcases, TV units, garden furniture and more, from IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon and every other retailer. If it comes in a box, we can build it.

Do you supply the furniture?

No, you buy the furniture and we build and fit it. That keeps things simple and means you can shop wherever you like. Get it delivered, and we'll turn the flat-packs into finished, solid furniture.

Do you install gym equipment?

Yes, home gyms and commercial setups both. Racks and rigs, multi-gyms, cable machines, treadmills, spin bikes and benches. We'll get it built, levelled, bolted down where needed and safe to use. Heavy, awkward kit is no problem, it's one of the things we do most.

Can you help landlords and HMO operators?

Yes, this is a big part of what we do. We fit out whole HMOs and rental properties: bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens and storage, ready for tenants to move in. Tell us the property and how many rooms and we'll turn it around quickly, with one team and one invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes, we're fully insured, so you and your property are covered while we're working.

Do you take away the packaging and old furniture?

Yes, we take all the flat-pack packaging away with us so you're not left with a pile of cardboard. We can also dismantle and remove old furniture while we're there, just let us know when you book.

How quickly can you come out?

Often within a day or two, and sometimes same day if we have a slot. Message us with what you need and we'll tell you the soonest we can get to you.
